Delivery & Returns Policy

Delivery

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail or another suitable delivery service depending on the size and weight of the order.

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout.

We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days of receiving your order. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and may vary during busy periods, public holidays or due to circumstances outside our control.

If there is a significant delay with your order, please contact us at mail@abergavennygardencentre.com.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information supplied by the customer.

Cancellations and returns

If you change your mind about an online purchase, you normally have 14 days from the day you receive the goods to tell us that you wish to cancel your order.

After notifying us, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

To request a return, please contact:

Abergavenny Garden Centre Ltd
Email: mail@abergavennygardencentre.com
Telephone: 01873 853839

Please include your order number and details of the item you wish to return.

Unless the product is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items.

Returned goods should be handled with reasonable care and, where possible, returned in their original packaging. We may make a deduction from a refund if an item has been handled beyond what would reasonably be necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

Certain goods may be exempt from the right to cancel, including personalised or made-to-order products and certain perishable goods where applicable.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned goods, we will process any refund due to the original payment method.

Where you cancel the whole order under your statutory cancellation rights, we will also refund the standard outbound delivery charge where required by law. Any additional amount paid for an upgraded or express delivery method may not be refundable.

Refunds will be made within the applicable statutory timescales.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or is not the item you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at mail@abergavennygardencentre.com, preferably including your order number and photographs of the item and packaging.

Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
